Meet the Team 


Nashira Ransom, BCBA

Nashira began her career as a victim advocate providing crisis support and intervention. She completed her undergraduate degree at Central Washington University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

After graduating in 2015, and drawn by the prospect of improving the lives of those around her, she began her journey into the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. Nashira began as an RBT providing behavioral support services to individuals diagnosed with autism and related disorders.

It was at this time that Nashira Received her Master’s of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 and obtained her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021.

As a BCBA Nashira believes that the most important ingredients to effective intervention include treating each client with compassion, integrity and the highest quality of care possible.

Nashira strives to bring inclusive, affirming and tailored interventions to each family she serves throughout the Bay Area. When she is not working with her clients you can find her reading a good book, at the gym or spending time with family.
